The hotel's location was quiet, close to the whole island, 10 km from pier and 20 km from NW beaches, restaurants and NW beaches. The staff was supper friendly and affable in all services.
Some of the staff were absolutely unfriendly.

Wonderful and lovely hotel in a quiet area so close to 20 km from NW beaches, restaurants and shops and two nice beaches. Very good service, very very helpful stuff...

Unfortunately, we were disappointed . The bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned, and the overall cleanliness was lacking, especially in the corners and tiles. The sheets didn't smell fresh. They reminded me of they had been on the bed for too long before our arrival. It gave the room an unwelcoming vibe that left us feeling uncomfortable.

The fine view of the mountainside and the ocean from the bed. The owners were really good when they arranged to transfer my bag to my doctor after I fell ill, showcasing their true kindness. Renting a motorbike on-site was hassle-free, with fair prices that added to my positive experience.
The studio could benefit from some minor upgrades to the furnishings.

The views from the studio were amazing, a highlight. I enjoyed clean, spacious accommodations with all the essentials. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The pool area was peaceful and a great spot to relax after exploring. Scooter rentals on-site made it easy to explore the area. A nearby restaurant offered delicious food, a nice convenience. Some aspects need attention. The bathroom cleaning service needs improvement. I expected more thorough cleaning during my seven-night stay, but it felt neglected. A friendlier welcome would have made a difference. I waited 20 minutes for someone to greet me. The steep hill leading to the hotel might be challenging for some.

the location was the best possible and peaceful, on a hill overlooking a garden. It was next to Moonstone Studio, the beach, and restaurants. 3. the breakfast had a good choice of selection, and the food was appetizing.

The staff here are all very committed, the location is beautiful, close to restaurants and a stunning sunset beach, and it only takes a short walk to get to Haad Rin Nai.
